Pricing questions

How much does it cost to import data into Planning Center?
Port charges a one-time fee per data type: Giving $499, Group Memberships $249, Notes $249, Pledges $99, or $999 for the Everything Bundle covering all four. Each includes unlimited imports of that type and 180 days of access.
Is pricing based on how many records I have?
No. Every plan is unlimited for its data type. A church moving 65,000 donation records pays exactly the same as one moving 500. This is the main way Port differs from volume-tiered import tools, and it matters most for large or long-established churches.
Is this a subscription?
No. It is a one-time purchase that grants 180 days of access. There is no recurring charge and nothing to cancel.
What happens after 180 days?
Access ends, but the data you imported stays in Planning Center — it is yours, in your account. If you need longer, plans can be extended; email info@port.church.
Do test imports count against anything?
No. Imports are unlimited within your access window, so test runs, corrections, and the full migration all cost the same as each other: nothing extra.
Should I buy the bundle or individual plans?
The Everything Bundle at $999 costs less than buying all four separately. If you are moving one or two data types, buy those individually; if you are doing a full migration off another system, the bundle is cheaper.
